Our goal is to support our community while also keeping the event sustainable. Please review our policy below.

 

Pass Transfers:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your pass to next year or another dancer at no additional cost.

All transfers must be arranged through our registration team prior to the event.

Refunds:

Refunds will be granted only under the following circumstances: Medical reasons (with documentation) Family emergencies Travel cancellations outside of your control (e.g., flight cancellations, severe weather, etc.)

Contests and intensives are non-refundable.

Refund Requests: Requests must be submitted in writing to montrealwestiefest@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

No-Show Policy:

Unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be given for no-shows without prior notice.

We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we want to do our best to accommodate you. While we are unable to offer refunds for tickets to the 2026 event, we do allow you to transfer your ticket to another person or transfer it for yourself one year. To do so, simply provide us with the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to. We also want to remind you that contests, intensives, and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you at this year's event!
