Ready to do the whole weekend?

The Welcome Program offers an orientation, a ‘social dance success’ seminar, a tailored series of in-depth workshops, social opportunities and specialized attention to your needs at your first convention weekend with us.

WELCOME PROGRAM SCHEDULE

ORIENTATION : Friday 5 pm, come and meet new people and bring your questions

BYO COFFEE TOGETHER : Saturday 9:30 am

WELCOME PARTIES : Friday night AND Saturday night in the main ballroom - everyone dances with new people!

WRAP-UP : Sunday 1:00 pm (A casual gathering to reflect on your weekend experiences and take away

tips for what’s next.)

These meetings are open to everyone, but are especially helpful for:

dancers attending their very first West Coast Swing event,
dancers attending their first Montreal Westie Fest,
dancers wanting to connect with more dancers and fully understand how the event works.
